By booking, you authorise Repose Lab’s secure third-party payment provider to store your payment details for future charges, including late-cancellation fees, no-show fees, or outstanding balances, in accordance with these Terms
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
To ensure fair access to appointments and effective scheduling, Repose Lab maintains a strict cancellation policy.

Outstanding balances must be paid before any additional bookings can be made. Repeated breaches may lead to required upfront payment or restricted booking privileges.
3. Late Arrival
Appointments finish at the scheduled end time to maintain punctuality for all clients.
- Late arrivals will receive only the remaining portion of their session.
